The service
QR Hub lets you make QR codes. Static codes hold their content directly and work without us. Dynamic codes point to a short link on our domain that sends people on to the address you choose.
Your account
You need an account for dynamic codes and uploads. Keep your password safe and tell us at hello@qrhub.shop if you think someone else used your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use QR Hub for phishing, malware, scams, illegal content or to hide where a link really goes. We check destinations against known-bad lists, may show a warning page, and may disable codes that break these rules.
Dynamic codes after a plan ends
Dynamic codes never stop silently. If a paid plan ends, your codes keep redirecting for 30 days and we email you. After that, people who scan see a simple page with the last link and a note for the owner to reactivate.
Plans and payments
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Payments are handled by our payment partner; we never see or store card numbers.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep QR Hub available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Test your codes before printing large quantities.
Changes
We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
