Privacy Policy

Who we are

QR Hub is a QR code service run from Saudi Arabia. This policy follows the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, for visitors from Europe, the GDPR.

What we collect

For your account: your email, an optional name, your sign-in method, your plan and a log of account actions (such as a password change). We don't need your phone number or address.

People who scan your codes

When someone scans a dynamic code we count the scan with the hour, the country and city (worked out from the request and then discarded), the device type and the operating system. To estimate unique visitors we keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of the connection for that day only; the salt and fingerprints are deleted every day, so visits can't be linked across days or traced to a person. We never store IP addresses, link previews and bots are not counted, and the short link sets no cookies.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. Analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept all".

Why we use it

To run your account, keep the service secure (for example rate limits and abuse checks), and improve the product. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove it after a 14-day grace period, in which you can change your mind.

Your rights

You can see, correct, download and delete your data from the Account page, or email us. You can also object to processing or complain to the data protection authority.
